We work alongside families to ensure children receive appropriate services, consistent follow-up care, and access to necessary resources across healthcare and educational systems.
Our focus is on reducing barriers, improving coordination between providers, and empowering families with the tools and support needed to advocate effectively for their children.
We serve families in Florida and are expanding services into Georgia.

We provide structured advocacy, care coordination, and educational support to help families effectively navigate multi-system challenges and ensure children receive appropriate services.
Our work is centered on improving access, strengthening coordination between providers, and helping families build sustainable support systems for long-term success.
AFTER was established to address gaps in communication, continuity of care, and resource access that many families experience when navigating multiple systems simultaneously.

The AFTER Learning Initiative is a developing program focused on creating structured, accessible educational tools for children with complex medical, developmental, and learning needs.
This initiative is designed to support families through adaptable learning resources that promote engagement, skill development, and individualized learning approaches.
Program components will include hands-on materials, guided learning frameworks, and tools designed to support both home-based and supplemental education environments.
