What Happens After You Book?

You will receive an email confirmation containing your appointment details and Google Meet information. Any intake forms or supporting documentation needed before your appointment will be sent separately.

The AFTER Organization supports families navigating complex medical, educational, developmental, disability-related, and family-service systems. While we provide education, advocacy, navigation, and resource support, we do not provide legal advice, medical advice, or emergency services.
